Constantino PagaliaConstantino Pagalia
Managing Director, CSC Latin America

Based at CSC’s Latin American headquarters in Santiago, Chile, Constantino Pagalia is responsible for the company’s operations, clients and World Sourcing centers in Central and South America.

Previously, Pagalia served as General Manager of CSC’s operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Perú, and Regional Manager for the BHP Billiton and Newmont Mining global accounts. Before assuming that position in 2003, he was the Global Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager for the BHP Billiton account in Australia.

He joined CSC in 1999 through the company’s acquisition of GE Capital IT Solutions. Previously, he was Managing Director and Principal Consultant for INFOLINK Australia, working with companies like MBF Australia, Fujitsu Australia, QANTAS, Western Australia Building Management Authority and the Water Corporation of WA.

Pagalia holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Sydney, as well as diplomas in management from the Australian Institute of Management and the Crontonville Leadership Institute of GE.

Gimenez RicardoRicardo Gimenez
Director of Finance & Administration, CSC Latin America

Ricardo Gimenez is responsible for the financial operations in Latin America, as well as Mexico. He has been actively involved in the establishment and growth of CSC in Latin America, leveraging his administrative and financial expertise to support every country within the region.

Gimenez joined CSC in 2001 as a Finance Manager and was involved in the company's operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Perú. Previously, he served as Controller for Meridian Gold Inc., and before this, held various senior management positions at Henry Walker Eltin.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and auditory and a master's degree in business administration from Universidad de Chile. He has also completed the Global Business Services Executive Development Program in management at the University of Chicago.

Giorgio SolariGiorgio Solari
Business Development Executive, CSC Latin America

Giorgio Solari joined CSC in July 2009 and is responsible for forming, expanding and consolidating the commercial structure in the region to develop new business opportunities in Mexico, Central and South America.

Solari's position is part of CSC's strategic direction that seeks to leverage its growth, maintaining its proactive business culture dedicated to satisfying the needs of its clients in the Latin American market.

Before joining CSC, Solari was Commercial Manager at Conektra SA, and prior to this, Account Manager at Synapsis Solutions and Services.

Solari holds a degree in commercial engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez in Chile and a certificate in foreign trade with the EEC from Universita degli Studi di Firenze in Italy.

Carlos PizarroCarlos Pizarro
Director, World Sourcing Services, CSC Latin America

Carlos Pizarro is responsible for the operations of CSC's low-cost delivery centers in Latin America, which are part of the company's network of onshore, nearshore and offshore centers around the world.

Pizarro joined CSC in 2001 as part of the company's IT outsourcing contract with Minera Escondida, where he worked for more than nine years serving in progressively senior management positions. He most recently served as CSC's Senior Regional Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager for the BHP Billiton and Newmont Mining accounts, as well as for other mining accounts including BHP Billiton Base Metals Corporate Offices, Cerro Colorado, Cerro Matoso (Colombia), Escondida, Spence, Suriname, Tintaya (Perú) and Yanacocha (Perú).

Previously, Pizarro served as Project Manager of Software Engineering and was Senior Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs in the United States. Prior to this, he was Research Assistant at the University of Texas and Information Systems Development Manager at the Universidad Católica del Norte.

Pizarro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in interamerican studies from University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif., and a Master of Sciences degree in computer sciences and engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also has a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis from Plan Nacional de Capacitación, Chile.

Carlos CamposCarlos Campos
Account Executive, BHP Billiton

Carlos Campos is responsible for the contracts that provide services to BHP Billiton operations in the region and for managing the global relationship with BHP Billiton Base Metals Customer Sector Group that operates in Australia, Chile and the United States.

Campos joined CSC in 2007. With 26 years of experience in the IT industry, he has served in various regional executive roles managing global and financial services accounts for Dell Computers, NCR, Sun Microsystems and Chilean IT service provider Adexus.

Carlos holds a Commercial Engineer degree from Universidad de Concepción, Chile.

Demetrio InfanteDemetrio Infante
Contract & Alliance Manager, CSC Latin America

Demetrio Infante joined CSC in November 2009 and is responsible for the company's contract and alliance operations in Latin America, and for managing legal issues involving Mexico, Central and South America.

Previously, Infante served as attorney and legal advisor for the Central Bank of Chile, Marsh Chile insurance brokers and IBM Chile.

He has a law degree from the Universidad de Chile and is a member of the Bar Association of Chile.
