CSC is currently expanding its BPO Centre in Prague and is looking for candidates to be part of its team as Billing Analyst.
Job description:
As a Billing Analyst your role will be preparing bills and invoices for customers (data entry into various client and CSC systems) in a timely and accurate manner as well as ensuring that the bills/invoices are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines, and CSC regulations. You will be the point of contact for clients regarding outstanding invoices and appropriate resolution of payments. Additionally, you will research and analyzes information to determine appropriate course of action including recreating or revising bills/invoices. Responsibilities:
- Operating as part of a Global Leveraged Billing team - the role supports the monthly billing cycle for a number of CSC accounts.
- Preparation of billing input into Billing systems and verification of the outcome.
- Preparation / follow-up on billing input into the Global Billing system and verification of the outcome.
- Reporting of billing data in various formats as required by client accounts and by CSC.
- Financial analysis.
- Distribution of client invoices using email and electronic repositories.
- Interpretation of data – able to analytically review.
- Working collaboratively with colleague teams responsible for other aspects of the billing process such as data collection and invoice generation.
- Handling and verification / enhancement of the data collected from Service Delivery and other operational organizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience and interest in financial analysis.
- Billing / receivables knowledge desirable.
- Data Entry experience desirable.
- Very good English language skills.
- Significant analytical experience using both Excel and Access handling and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Systems knowledge of SAP FI / SD, LN databases desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative in a busy environment.
- Capable of operating in an environment where clear communication, accuracy, timeliness and compliance are key.
