SAP Consultant for HR Module
Location: Bucharest
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring a successful software implementation and 3rd level support for our ERP customers.
Key Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members, key users to assure timely and cost effective delivery of training, documentation, and knowledge transfer of ERP systems
- Project preparation, work load estimation, blueprint, customizing (development), testing, users training, and data migration
- Provide ongoing 3rd level support post implementation
Essential requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in SAP
- Strong knowledge of HR module
- Overview knowledge of Romanian labour law
- Excellent problem solver and team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP support
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Romanian - native speaker, English - fluent
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of PS, FM, FI/CO or MM modules
- Knowledge of ABAP programming
