SAP Support Consultant (modules SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, PP, QM or PM)
Location: Prague
In this newly created position you will provide ongoing remote and on-site 2nd level support of modules SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, PP, QM or PM of the SAP R/3 ECC 6 system. You will also work closely with team members and key users on system customizations, optimizations, upgrades, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Essential requirements:
- 3 -5 years of experience in SAP R/3 support
- Expertise in one or several of the modules SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, PP, QM or PM
- Excellent problem solver and team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25% of the working time)
- Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
- Project experience in implementation is an advantage
