Donald DeBuck
Vice President and Corporate Controller

Mr. DeBuck is the corporate vice president and controller of CSC, with overall responsibility for financial accounting and reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. He is also involved with various acquisitions, global alliances and outsourcing transactions.

Since joining CSC in 1979, DeBuck has served in several senior financial positions for a number of CSC business units including North American Public Sector, Communications Industry Services, and Americas Outsourcing Group. In addition, he was the assistant corporate controller from 1998 until his appointment as corporate controller in 2001. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration from the George Washington University.
