Mr. Cook is President of CSC's Business Solutions and Services Sector. He is responsible for the sale and delivery of all CSC products and services including application software, systems integration, consulting, and outsourcing solutions to the company's global vertical and commercial sectors. Mr. Cook has served financial services clients of CSC for more than a dozen years as a partner of CSC-Index, president of the Pinnacle Alliance which supported the company's outsourcing contract with J.P. Morgan, and as president of CSC's Financial Services Group.

Before joining CSC, Mr. Cook held a wide range of executive positions at some of the world's most successful enterprises such as Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, General Electric, and Chase Manhattan Bank. His perspective has been shaped by experiences as a chief information officer, head of manufacturing, head of quality assurance, head of procurement, brand management and marketing, sales, and correspondent banking.

Mr. Cook received an MBA degree from Stanford University and a BS degree from MIT. He concluded his service in the United States Army as a captain.
