The ITES-2S Management Team

Our ITES-2S team structure supports development of multiple Task Order Requests, simultaneous Task Order (TO) execution, and promotion of business growth. We are organized to provide centralized administrative services while providing decentralized task execution directly to ITES-2S customers. Our organization makes business development (BD) an integral part of the team, joining CSC’s corporate BD support capabilities with those of our subcontractor teammates. Frank Cimbolo, the ITES-2S Program Director, has over 25 years of combined management experience in the public and private sectors and has primary responsibility for all aspects of the ITES-2S program for CSC.
