Apogen/OSEC is a wholly owned subsidiary of QinetiQ North America (QNA). Apogen/OSEC has an excellent reputation established during 27 years supporting mission-critical systems including the DoD, Homeland Security, and the Civilian sectors of the U.S. Government.

We have over 1270 talented and dedicated employees worldwide, including Okinawa, Japan, Germany, Djibouti, and Iraq, with over 50% holding clearances and higher education degrees. Many personnel have extensive Navy or Marine Corps military experience. Corporate offices are located in McLean, Virginia. Facility and engineering operations are located in Stafford, Virginia; San Diego, California; New Orleans, Louisiana; Panama City, Florida; Fort Monmouth, New Jersey; and Okinawa, Japan.

Major areas of OSEC's activities include DoD Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems Engineering, Product Development, Testing, Training, and Support.

We are currently one of the premier Engineering and Scientific support services providers supporting MARCORSYSCOM. Our MARCORSYSCOM customers include PGs 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), and Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA). Other Marine Corps customers include HQMC (LPV), MCOTEA, DRPM AAA, and PM LAV.
