Transformation Systems, Inc (TSI) is a woman-owned consulting firm founded in 1994 by Dr. Marta Wilson to help leaders achieve their goals. TSI’s track record includes client outcomes such as significant cost reductions and exceptional productivity leaps.
TSI’s organizational transformation services include design, development, and facilitation of: strategic planning; results measurement; effectiveness training; meeting facilitation; process improvement; and programs such as Lean and Six Sigma. TSI’s specialized team has advanced credentials in engineering, business, analysis and the social sciences.
The TSI team has authored: scores of journal articles; 7 leadership and change management books; and the new Strategic Performance Measurement chapter in the Handbook of Industrial and Systems Engineering by Dr. Garry Coleman. Dr. Coleman directs TSI’s consulting efforts for the MRAP program at Quantico. This work currently includes tasks such as strategic analysis of factors supporting production order decisions, facilitating Integrated Product/Process Teams (IPTs), developing and refining performance measures, management coaching, organizational design, designing and developing executive briefings, process development and improvement and special management studies/projects.
Recent deliverables include a proposed design for the Joint Program Management Office, executive briefings for product and functional teams (e.g., an MRAP Logistics and Supportability brief for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy), outlines and components for plans and policies (e.g., a GFE and integration plan), scenario analysis of vehicle production, and design of an integrated master schedule.
