Innovative Decisions, Inc., (IDI) is a Small Veteran-Owned Business with 25 employees and has been in business since 1997. IDI specializes in the disciplines of decision and risk analysis, operations research, and systems engineering for a broad array of clients.

IDI has historically had a special focus on the needs of analysts, researchers, managers, system design teams, and senior decision-makers at the nexus of the intelligence and the Department of Defense. Members of the IDI team have been supporting the Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Systems Command for 30 years. Currently, IDI is setting the standard for analysis at System Command, by training Marine Corps analysts on the most up to date operations research and decision analysis techniques.

IDI analysts fully explore the nature of the problem and promote innovative thought on potential solutions for consideration. IDI analysts have published systems engineering texts and technical papers in prestigious journals identifying systems engineering challenges and the analytic methods for addressing those challenges.
