Next Wave Systems, LLC is a HUBZone-certified small business concern specializing in engineering, software development, acquisition, and technical support services. Next Wave's principle employees, who all previously held civil service positions at Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), have extensive experience supporting myriad Marine Corps programs.

As Division Manager at NSWC Crane, John Crady, CEO, oversaw the development of the MEF-COC, DASC, DASC-A, ADCP, and MCTIS. He also spent a year at MCSC as a project officer. Our three software developers - Mark Koi, Bob Mullen, and Lucas Johnson - have extensive experience with Marine Corps Programs such as ADCP, MADCP, and CLAWS. They are co-patent holders for a patented software architecture called Modular Mission Payload Controller which Next Wave has licensed from the DoN. Mobilization Materiel Procurement Capability (MMPC) can integrate, display and control virtually any sensor on any platform.

Senior Engineers Rich Samuelson and Ron Cox are Level 3 DAWIA certified in Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering, and they have over 30 years' combined experience managing programs and projects for the DoD.
