Nsite LLC

The Knowledge Management System that Nsite developed for the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned was renamed the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) and designated as the "System of Record" by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for all of the Department of Defense.

The Nsite technology team and the JLLIS was further recognized through the 2008 Defense Department Chief Information Officers Awards for their contribution to enhancing efficiency and information delivery through technology projects.

Also in 2008, the JLLIS and Nsite technology team was heralded as the first Success Story in the area of integrating the people, processes, and technologies that will transform the Department of Defense into a net-centric information-sharing environment.

Nsite currently provides services to the Department of State, US Joint Staff, US Army, US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Air Force, The National Guard Bureau, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, EUCOM, JFCOM, NORAD-NORTHCOM, PACOM, USSOCOM, STRATCOM, SOUTHCOM, Defense Counter Intelligence Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Defense Logistics Agency, Joint Personnel Recovery Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Iraqi Lessons Learned Center.
