Trainee Service Desk Analyst Opportunities

The role of a Service Desk Analyst is to receive inbound contacts from CSC's extensive client base and provide a high standard of remote IT support.
To be successful in this role you will have strong IT skills to provide 1st line support and excellent customer service and communication skills.
The role involves meeting SLA's via a high percentage of effective problem resolution using a variety of diagnostic tools to guide users through situations to resolution, providing the highest levels of client support and satisfaction.
All roles are temporary but high performers could potentially become permanent employees.
