Overseas Transfer Program

CSC Vietnam has developed and efficiently maintained its Overseas Transfer Program (“OTP”) to facilitate the model of working onshore upon business needs (known as overseas assignments). OTP assists CSC Vietnam in developing the high and value-added quality of its resources and services. OTP also creates equal and diversified opportunities for CSC Vietnam employees to earn international hands-on experiences for:
- Technical Improvement: Acquiring new technical skills due to the rapid pace of every changing technology.
- Technical Transfer: Transferring operational technical skills back to customers, upon project completion.
- Project Development: Meeting with business and system analysts to follow through user requirements, user interviews, resources requirements, system architectures, etc.
- Management Training: Participating in many courses with better and effective training that are only available outside of Vietnam.
- Communication Skills: Improving English proficiency and communication skills with while working in differently international environments.
OTP has facilitated 10-15 overseas assignments on an average per month in which:
- 75% of assignments to the USA
- 25% of assignments to other countries (UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.)
- 3-6 months are the average length of assignments
